Die gesamte Milchproduktionslinie besteht aus folgenden Systemen:
1. Wasseraufbereitungsanlage
2. Zucker-Schmelzsystem
3. Sterilisatorsystem
4. Abfüll- und Verpackungssystem
5. CIP-Reinigungssystem
6. Nach Behandlungsausrüstung, wie Förderband, Paket oder Palette, etc.
7. Es gibt andere Assistent Ausrüstungen wie Dampfkessel, Luft-Kompressor, Kaltwasser-Einheit, etc.
8. Installationsmaterialien für die Prozesspipeline, die Versorgungspipeline sowie die Elektroinstallation sind vorgesehen.
Abfüll- und Verpackungsarten können vom Kunden entschieden werden.
Unsere Firma kann maßgeschneiderte Milchproduktionslinien entsprechend den Anforderungen der Kunden entwerfen. Die Produktionskapazität variiert von 1000L / h bis 10000L / h je nach Kundenwunsch
Hinweis: Diese Milchproduktionslinien können weit verbreitet zur Herstellung von UHT-Milch, pasteurisierter Milch, Milch, Milch, Milchgetränk, Joghurt, Eiscreme, Kondensmilch und Milchpulver und so weiter verwendet werden.
